1 fryer or 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 8oz. carton sour cream, 1 can water chestnuts (optional), 1 8 oz. pkg, egg noodles, 1 stick oleo, 1 box buttered flavored crackers, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Pour melted oleo into large baking dish, crumble 3 pkgs, crackers in bottom of dish, mix soups, sour cream, chicken, water chestnuts, & egg noodles together and pour over crackers, place cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until bubbly.
