2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 cup mayo
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake in 350 oven til done. This recipe is for a small cake, double and it will fit in a 9X13 pan. Remember to grease and flour the pan.

Most of us have heard of the mayo cake. It may sound gross to Bethanie, but it is a very moist cake and worth a try.
