1 Large head torn lettuce
sliced chicken breast, as much as you want
4 chopped green onions
2 oz. sliced toasted almonds
3 oz. chow mein noodles

Dressing ingredients:
4 T sugar
4 T vinegar
dash pepper
1 t salt
1/2 C olive oil
Put dressing ingredients in jar and shake well. Pour over salad right before serving. For best results, serve at room temperature and eat it all. Doesn't keep well, gets soggy.
