1 pkg. chicken breast,
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
chopped garlic,
onion salt,
1 tbsp. Italian spices (basil, oregano, etc.)
1 bag frozen veggies,
1 pkg bowtie pasta, or any kind of larger pasta will work,
1 large jar alfredo sauce

Directions:

Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chopped garlic. (I used the kind in a jar). Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in hot oil. Cook till lightly browned and no longer pink. Add vegetables and cook 5-6 min. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. When done, drain and add to chicken mixture. Add alfredo sauce. Stir and cook till hot and bubbly.

I like to use the veggies that has broccoli, snap peas, water chestnuts, carrots, & peppers. Just use your favorite!
Excellent with garlic toast, salad and a glass of good wine!
