1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 C. oats or 1/2 C bread crumbs
1 egg
1 C. milk
1 small chopped sweet onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or a squirt of yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Catsup or BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except catsup. Form into loaf shape and place in ungreased pan. Cover with catsup or BBQ sauce. Bake at 350, uncovered about 1-1/2 hrs. or until done.
