2 cups water
2 1/2 cups rhubarb
1/3 cup minute tapioca
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until rhubarb mixture in a saucepan until rhubarb is tender and mixture begins to thicken---as directed on box, perhaps. When slightly cooled after cooking, fold in 1 cup pineapple, drained. Chill.

I'm sorry I don't have better instructions. This was my mother's recipe and she didn't need to write down her insturctions for herself. I think this is a recipe your dad really likes.
