11/2 lbs. boiled shrimp
1/4 cup grated onions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 pks knox gelatin (unflavored) dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
1-8 oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese in tomato soup and heat until smooth. Add gelatin. Let cool - when cool add rest of ingredients. Add shrimp last - pour in mold and chill for 2 - 3 hours. (If you don't like the taste of uncooked onions, you can saute the onions and celery in a little olive oil until they are clear, let them cool then add as directed above.)Serve with crackers.
