1 - 7oz. package Elbow Noodles (small)
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup colby cheese - shredded
1 cup monteray jack cheese - shredded
1 cup chedder - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles and let drain.
In medium saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and salt. Blend in milk, cook and stir until thickened. Mix cheeses together, set some aside for topping. Add cheese to sauce, stir until melted. Mix in noodles, pour into casserole, top with extra cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 25 mins. in a covered pan.
