6 soft shell crabs cleaned
1 c milk
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c flour
peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat milk and eggs. Season crabs with salt and pepper. Soak crabs in milk mixture for 15 min. turning frequently. Dredge crabs in flour and shake off excess flour. Fry in oil until they are lightly browned.
