1 pre-baked pastry shell
1/2 lb. mushrooms thinly sliced
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c heavy cream
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ mushrooms lightly in butter and oil for 4 or 5 min. Toss with parsley and season with salt and pepper, spoon into a pie shell and spread evenly. Beat eggs lightly and blend in cream. Pour into shell. Bake in 375║ oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is just set.
