2 Cups self-rising flour
2 Cups sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients together.

Add: 1 Cup pecans
1 Cup raisins
2 Cups diced apples
Cook in greased 9 X 13 pan/dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING (optional) Mix together and spread on cake.
stick butter or margarine
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
cup nuts
