2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup, and water until mixture dropped in cold water turns brittle (light golden color). Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites; beating constantly. Add nuts and vanilla. Beat until mixture is creamy. Pour in buttered dish. When cooled, cut into squares.
