2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons butter-room temperature
1 tablespoon marjoram
Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well until a smooth paste has formed.
2. Place the butter on a sheet of waxed food wrap, using the plastic, form a uniform cylinder about 1-1/2 inch diameter.
3. Freeze for later use.
