6 Bell Peppers (Red or Green)
2 Clovers Garlic
1/4 c Olive Oil
2 T Red Wine Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on broiler in oven.

Lightly spray peppers with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Place in oven and rotate once each side is blackened.

Once all peppers are blackened remove and place in boil. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes.

Remove seeds, stem and peel of each pepper. Slice into 1/2" wide strips and place in bowl. Once all are peeled add garlic, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Mix well, cover and place in fridge.

Serve with bread.
