Shrimp & Wild Rice Recipe

1 lb shrimp
1/2 onion (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 box wild rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp, drain, and place in a square baking dish. Saute onion and pepper in olive oil just until light brown and put on top of shrimp. Top with can of mushroom soup (no water) and top with cooked wild rice. Add 1/2 of the cheddar cheese and mix up indrefients then pat down in baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 of cheddar cheese.
Bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes.
