1/4 lb of butter
1 packet of cookies
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
4 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Put cookies into a plastic bag. With a rolling pin crush the cookies.Cover the bottom of the pie tin with butter.Add the cookie crumbs then the butter and mix well.Then with back of a spoon pat firmly into dish.Then put into fridge to harden. Beat condensed milk adding egg yolks and lemon juice. When thick and pale pour into pie dish. Beat egg whites adding a little powdered sugar as you go until when you turn it upside down it will not fall out. When ready cover pie and filling with egg whites and bake at 300F until meringue is golden brown. After 10 minutes turn the temperature down.
