Ingredients:
Piecrust (I make it easy and use the one already prepared in the dairy case)
Blackberries (about 4 cups)
Sugar
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
This is strictly by taste. I pick the berries (about 4 cups). After cleaning, I add 1 Cup of sugar. Then, I taste to see if sweet. Mash the berries some to release the juice. Allow to set while preparing crust.

I take each section of crust and cut into 4 pie wedges. Into each section I spoon about 1 tablespoon of berries, 1 teaspoon of sugar and roll up and seal edges. Place into baking dish, which has been oiled.

After all sections are completed, place a pat of butter on each roll, sprinkle sugar on top and pour juice remaining from berries into bottom of dish. If there is not enough juice to cover rolls halfway, add water.

Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 30 minutes).

Any fresh fruit will do. My family loves strawberries done this way!
