4 Eggs
1/2 Stick Butter, Melted
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly, add the melted butter, sugar, flour and milk. Beat again until well blended. Stir in coconut. Pour in ungreased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Note: Do not use piecrust.
