1 c. of vegetable oil
1 c. of sugar
3 tsp. of vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in the order, add 4 cups of flour one at a time, add 1/2 cup of chocolate mini chips or 3/4 cup of almonds, grease 2 cookie sheets, divide dough into 4 loafs, 2 on each pan, mixture is sticky, oil or wet hands to manipulate, bake at 350 for a 1/2 hour, take out , slice and place on side and sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar mixture, re-bake biscotti's for 10-15 minutes more.
