1 can Cresent Rolls
1 lb breakfast sausage(cooked and drained well)
2 c frozen hashbrowns(thawed)
2 c grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of 9X13 casserole dish with crescent rolls, top with sausage, hashbrowns, cheese...in that order. Refrigerate over night. Next morning, beat eggs and add milk,mustard,salt and pepper; pour over casserole and cook at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes...until it begins to brown on top. Remove and Serve!
