2 c instant oatmeal or 5 packets
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 stick butter,melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork until blended. Cover a cookie sheet with foil, (shiney side up). Drop 1/2 tsp of dough on foil. Bake in a 350 oven for about 7 to 10 minutes. Watch closely. Leave cookies on foil and allow to cool before removing. ( If the cookies are soft, they will tear easily). Dust with powdered sugar.
