2 Roma tomatoes, cubed
1 tsp dried basil
4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
seasoning salt to taste
Gr. Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix all together. Cover and chill in fridge for up to 8 hours before serving.
Preheat oven to broil. Cut French bread in inch slices. On a baking sheet, arrange bread slices in a single layer. Broil for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Top with tomato mixture. Broil for 5 minutes.
