Ingredients:
1 large cut london broil, 2 " thick
1 packet Lawry's beef marinade
2 cans Miller beer, (no light beer)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Since london broil is not a prime cut of beef, some work on your part can make it taste like it is.
On a hard surface, thoroughly pierce the meat from both sides. Rub pepper into both sides of meat. Place in large, flat container with sealable lid.

In a separate bowl, mix marinade as per instructions on the packet EXCEPT replace water with beer. Pour marinade over meat, cover with lid. Flip container back and forth, being sure the marinade covers the meat well. Put in refrigerator overnight. Next day add 1 can beer to mix. Flip container back and forth every couple of hours until ready to grill.

With BBQ as hot as possible, sear both sides of meat using tongs, DO NOT PUNCTURE. Sprinkle with seasoning salt on both sides. Turn heat down to medium and cook to desired temperature. I like medium rare.

Slice beef on the diagonal to the grain, 1/4 inch thick. Serve immediately. Enjoy
