8 slice of Day old white bread, crusts removed
4 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 C Chopped Cooked Ham
4 Eggs Beaten
2 C Milk
1 tsp finely chopped onion
Dash pepper
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange 4 - slices of bread in bottom of an 8-inch square
baking pan. Cover with slices of cheese, ham and remaining
bread. Combine eggs, milk, onion, and seasonings: pour over
sandwiches.
Let stand one hour.
Bake in 325 oven 1 hour (or until lightly browned and puffy)
Let stand a few minutes, cut into squares

Makes 4-6 serving
