1 Sm brick gorgonzola cheese
1/2 pint whip cream
1/2 cube butter

French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together the above and put in freezer, or put in refrigerator
until thickened up and spreadable. Then spread french bread
with butter and garlic/parsley salt. Spread the gorgonzola mixture
on the bread. Broil until well done
