1/2 onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. flour taco shells
2 cups grated cheese
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can shopped black olives
8 oz. taco salsa
1 sm. can medium peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions and drain fat. Add salsa, cheese,
tomato sauce, olives, peppers. Stir until well mixed. Place 2
tablespoons of mixture on a shell and roll. These freeze really
well and make a good quick meal if you are on the go. Add
cheese on top and heat in microwave if frozen.

You can use whole wheat shells and ground turkey and it
