4 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Dice onion and add 1/2 tsp salt. Cook in a little water.
In separate bowl mix milk flour and butter. When potatoes are cooked mash until smooth (do not drain). Add the cream sauce and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. You may also add cooked bacon pieces to potatoes and onions when cooking.
