Blackberries picked (see Aunt Pat for source) or any other fruit
1 1/2 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 Cup oil
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, and milk together. Pour into
13 x9 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Put
fruit (2 - 4cups) on top then sprinkle with 1 cup sugar. Pour 1 1/2
to 2 cups of boiling water on top. It is a good idea to pour water
in while cobbler is sitting on oven rack. Bake at 350 F for 45
minutes. Excellent served warm with ice cream.
