Japanese Chicken Wings Recipe

3 lbs chicken wings
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. butter or margarine

3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp Accent or MSG
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Cut wings in half and cut off tips. Dip in beaten egg and ten in flour, brown in margarine on both sides. Place in shallow dish and pour sauce over wings. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Baste often. When finished spoon sauce over chicken wings before serving.
