1 1/2 C shortening
1 1/2 C sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cooked carrots (mashed)
3 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the shortening sugar, eggs,and vanilla. Blend in carrots. Add
flour, baking powder, and salt. Bake in the oven at 375 F
degrees until done. About 20 minutes.
