2 Pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup Sharp Cheese grated
2 eggs well beaten
1 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs. Grated onion
1 Cup Crushed soda crackers

Cook broccoli 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine all ingredients
excepts cracker crumbs. Donít add to much salt as soup and
crackers are salty. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with cracker
crumbs. Bake in covered casserole dish at 400 F until hot all the
way through. You can substitute beefy mushroom soup and
different type of crackers.
