3 cups cooked White Rice
1 package instant Vanilla Pudding
1 quart milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Whipped Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice or use left over cooked rice. Mix instant pudding with milk. Add rice to pudding. Add Vanilla and Nutmeg. Place in frig until pudding thickens. Serve with dollop of whipped topping. Sprinkle with grated chocolate bars or chocolate chips.
