1 lbs Nessie hot sausage
1/2 large bottle of tomato ketchup
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 cup brown sugar, dark
4 apples
1 lbs dry kidney beans soaked overnight
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c white wine
1/2 tsp., oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain fat, set aside add salt and oil to the beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook for 1 hour or so. Add sausage, ketchup, brown sugar Worcestershire sauce and wine. Mix. Spread out in a casserole dish, slice apples and place on to (stick them down into mixture about 1/2 way). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for at least 1 hour. Take foil off , if it is too soupy bake for at least another 15 minutes.
