1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese--softened, 3 T. butter or melted margarine, 2 c. cooked cubed chicken, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 T. milk, 1 T. chopped chives or onions, 1 T. chopped pimento if desired, 18 oz. can Pillsbury crescent or Italian dinner rolls, 3/4 seasoned crushed croutons. Add spices to taste.

Mix ingredients for chicken mixture in a bowl. Place a spoonful onto crescent roll or Italian roll and close dough over the mixture. Brush with butter and sprinkle crushed croutons over crescents. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
