1 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Heat oven to 450. Using a muffin tin add cooking oil to each muffin cup (enough to cover bottom). Place in oven until hot (almost smoking). Pour batter into hot muffin tin and bake until yorkshire puddings are puffed and lightly brown. Serve with roast beef and gravy.
