1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. salad oil
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together first dry ingredients. Mix in rolled oats and raisins. Blend well. Add in order, salad oil, egg and milk. Beat until thoroughly blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet about 1 1/2" apart. Bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes.
