Brownie:
2 squares semisweet chocolate
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c sifted flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 tsp peppermint flavor
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting:
2 Tbsp soft butter
1 c sifted powdered sugar
1 Tbsp cream
1/2 tsp peppermint flavor
green food color

Topping:
1 square baking chocolate
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brownie:

Melt chocolate and butter together and cool. Add
the other ingredients and pour batter into a well-greased
9" square pan. Bake 350F for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:

Mix ingredients until creamy. Spread onto cooled
brownies. Refrigerate while making the topping.

Topping:

Combine and melt in double boiler. Blend well and
dribble over the frosting and spread carefully over top.
