1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add remaining ingredients; stir fry over high heat about 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
