1 box Zweibach (baby biscuits)
4 T melted butter
1/3 c brown sugar
2 lb cream cheese, room temperature
2 c sugar
6 medium eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 pt sour cream
Cherry pie filling if desired for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Crush biscuits until fine and mix w next two ingredients. Press
on bottom of 10 x 3" cheesecake pan
Cream cream cheese w sugar, add eggs one at a time. When
creamy add sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pan and bake in a
375 oven for 1 hour or until completely brown and nearly level
on top. Turn oven off and leave in oven for at least one hour.
Then chill in refrigerator overnight. Remove from pan, top w
cherry pie filling if desired.
