1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream style corn
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. chopped green onions
1 chopped red bell pepper
3 chopped chili peppers
2 c. self-rising corn meal

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in hot, greased skillet and bake at 350 until golden brown on top.
