4-5 cooked chicken breasts
2 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream-style corn
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. diced tomatoes, if desired
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in water, seasoned with salt and pepper, until tender. Remove chicken from broth and cut in bite-size pieces. Strain chicken broth and return to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes and cheese. Let simmer for 1 hour. When ready to serve, top with diced tomatoes and grated cheese.
