1/2 c cream cheese
1 c milk (0 - 2%)
3 T freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 T dry parsley or 1/2 c fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
The best way to make this consistent is to use a blender. Put cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper and salt in blender. Blend until there are no lumps, pour into sauce pan on medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes. While cooking, add finely chopped parsley, retain some for garnish.
Serve over pasta or steamed veggies or both.
