1/4 cup lemon juice - fresh or bottled.
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. veg. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 broiler fryer (2 1/2 pounds quartered)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix all ingredients except chicken. Mix well.
Brush over chicken, place on broiling pan, skin side down.
Broil 9 inches from heat source for 20 minutes. Turn &
continue broiling, turning & basting occassionally until brown &
crisp, for 25 minutes or until done.
