3 egg yolks
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 c sugar
2 tbsp cocoa

Beat egg yolks well. Mix flour and sugar together well with cocoa. Mix with egg yolk and milk. Cook in saucepan until thickened. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with meringue and bake at 300 until brown.

3 egg whites
pinch of cream of tarter

Beat until stiff. Add:

6 tbsp sugar

Beat until mixed good. Spread over pie and bake
