1 lb. crab meat
2 tbsp. graded onions
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c mayonnaise
10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
3 hard boiled egg mashed fine
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
red pepper, pinch
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, butter and flour, when mixture is hot add 1 c mayonnaise and let thicken. Add mushroom soup, eggs, salt, mustard, Worcestershire, red pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix the crab meat into this. Put in casserole and cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in oven 400 for 15 minutes or until browned and hot through.
