1 pkg active yeast
1 stick butter
1 egg
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. self rising flower

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Melt butter and let cool. Mix sugar, yeast water & egg. Add flower and butter slowly and mix until all is incorporated. Let sit for 2-3 min. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 420 for 8-10 min. Serve imediately!
