"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Two prepared 9" pie crusts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 chicken breasts - boiled and cubed
1 bag of fresh frozen mixed veggies
2-3 small potatoes (peeled, diced and boiled for about 5-7 min)
salt/pepper to taste
egg wash (1 egg and 1 T water)

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll one uncooked pie crust and place in the bottom of glass pie dish, pressing to the sides. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Cover mixture with remaining pie crust (cut a pretty design in the top if you like before placing on top). Seal the sides very well so that the mixture does not come out. Trim any excess crust if needed.
Brush top with egg wash.

Place in preheated 350 oven for 1 hr.

You can place foil around the edges close to the end of baking so that the crust does not burn.
