1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c cream-style cotage cheese, drained
2 t Italian salad dressing mix
1 - 4 1/2 oz can deviled ham
1/2 c snipped parsley
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, thoroughly blend together cream cheese, drained cottage cheese, and Italian salad dressing mix. Spread cheese mixture on foil-lined baking sheet forming a 9X7 inch rectangle about 3/8 inch thick. Cover and chill overnight on baking sheet. Spread deviled ham atop chilled chesse mixture combine parsley and nuts. Sprinkle half the nut mixture over ham. Beginning at narrow end, roll up jelly roll fashion. Roll outside of log in remaining parsley mixture. cover and chill at least 2 or 3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
