3 qrts popped corn
3 c unsalted mixed nuts
1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c margarine
1/2 t salt
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In large shallow roasting pan combine popcorn and nuts. Place in 250F oven while preparing glaze. In heavy 2 qt saucepan stir sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt. Stirrin constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Without stirring, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda; pour over popcorn mixture, stirring to coat. Bake at 250F oven, stiring occasionally, 1 hour. Cool;break apart. Store tightly covered. Makes 4 quarts.
