1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
grated cheese
1 loaf Earth Grain French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, chopped onions and bell pepper in skillet. Drain well. In large bowl, mix saugsage with sage, black pepper, beaten eggs, and milk.

Split loaf of bread in half. Scrape out center of bread on both halves slightly. Layer sausage mixture in bottom half. Top with grated cheese and place other half of bread on top. Brush top half lightly with melted margarine. Wrap loaf tightly in foil and place in 400 oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Slice loaf in 2" slices and serve while hot.
